Exterior LH inswing prehung hobbit door. Very good condition. Door: 32 x 55 and frame: 57 1/2 x 33 1/4.. Hinges included. The frame is cracked (pictured) and could be easily repaired. Suitable for crawl space or playhouse. 4 years old.
